Contact the WealthGlider team about account support, privacy, security, factual corrections, or a missing disclosure. Each path below reaches support@wealthglider.com with a subject that helps route the message.
Product and account support
For sign-in, subscription, billing, API-access, or product questions, email WealthGlider support. Include the account email, the page or feature involved, and a concise description of what happened. Do not send passwords, API credentials, brokerage credentials, or complete payment-card information.
Content and data corrections
To report an inaccurate statement, result, date, ticker, methodology description, or missing material disclosure, send a content correction request. Identify the exact URL, the statement or record in question, why you believe it is inaccurate, and any source that supports the correction.
A material correction should preserve the original publication record, identify what changed, and record when and why it changed. We do not silently remove an adverse result merely because it is unfavorable. The complete standard appears in the Editorial Policy.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another privacy right described in our notice, send a privacy request. We may need to verify identity or authority using only information reasonably necessary for that purpose. Applicable legal response periods—not a shorter marketing promise—govern privacy requests.

Security reports
Send suspected vulnerabilities, credential exposure, or abuse concerns as a security report. Describe the affected URL or API, reproducible steps, likely impact, and a safe way to contact you. Do not include an active API key, password, session token, or unnecessary personal information in the first message.
Response expectations
WealthGlider does not currently publish one guaranteed response time for every category. Reports are triaged by subject and potential impact; privacy requests follow applicable legal timelines. If a matter is time-sensitive, state the relevant deadline and reason in the message. This avoids presenting an unsupported service-level promise as a trust signal.
