Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
This policy applies to WealthGlider subscriptions purchased directly through our checkout. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Cancel at any time
You may cancel at any time using the cancellation method provided with your subscription or by emailing support@wealthglider.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a full refund is issued or applicable law requires otherwise, you retain Premium access through the end of the period already paid for.
2. Refund windows
Submit the request within the applicable number of calendar days after the charge date:
- First monthly payment: full refund within 7 days.
- First annual payment: full refund within 14 days.
- Any monthly or annual renewal payment: full refund within 7 days.
A request made within one of these windows does not require a special reason. Outside these windows, subscription fees are not prorated or refunded for unused time, a change of mind, or failure to cancel before renewal, except for the corrections and legal rights described below.
3. Billing and service corrections
We will investigate and correct the following regardless of the standard refund windows:
- duplicate charges or an amount different from the price authorized at checkout;
- billing errors caused by WealthGlider or its payment integration;
- payments you report as unauthorized, subject to reasonable identity and transaction verification;
- a material service failure that prevents meaningful use of paid features and is not reasonably restored; and
- any refund, cancellation remedy, or cooling-off right required by applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@wealthglider.com from the address associated with your WealthGlider account. Include the account email, charge date, plan, and PayPal transaction or subscription ID if available. A reason is optional for a request made within a stated refund window, but details help us resolve billing errors and service failures faster.
5. What happens after a refund
- A full refund ends paid access for the refunded period and we cancel future subscription billing.
- A partial goodwill refund or service credit does not cancel the subscription or end access unless we tell you otherwise.
- Cancellation without a refund leaves access active through the paid-through date.
Refund and cancellation actions are recorded against the applicable transaction so that the same payment is not refunded twice. If a provider reversal or dispute is already open, we may coordinate the resolution through that process.
6. Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to review a complete request within two business days and submit an approved refund within five business days. PayPal, a bank, or a card issuer may require additional time before the credit appears. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account or payment method.
7. Statutory rights
This policy adds to, and does not limit, consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides a longer refund period, a non-waivable cancellation right, or another remedy, that law controls.
Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer. You are not required to contact WealthGlider before exercising a provider or issuer dispute right, although contacting us may allow a billing error to be resolved more quickly.
