Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 31, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and iMicroMed, Inc., doing business as WealthGlider, 1 Minford Cir, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694-0523, United States. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice.
1. Service and educational purpose
WealthGlider provides impersonal, model-generated stock-signal research, analytics, research tools, and related software. The service does not assess suitability, provide personalized investment advice, execute or route trades, hold assets, or monitor a portfolio. Buy and Sell labels are research classifications, not personal instructions. Our Signal Methodology and Risk Disclosure is incorporated into these Terms.
One shared edition per scheduled U.S. market day after the model run. Each edition contains one underlying set of published records for eligible users. Access level may change the number of records, history, or delivery methods available to you, but WealthGlider does not alter a published security's model output based on your identity, finances, holdings, prior trades, browsing, requested ticker, or other personal circumstances.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is directed to adults in the United States; access from elsewhere does not mean the service is offered or lawful there. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials and API keys, and all use under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or payment has been used without permission.
3. Subscription prices and billing
WealthGlider Premium is offered as an automatically renewing subscription:
- Monthly: $25 USD charged each month.
- Annual: $250 USD charged each year when shown as available at checkout.
The plan, total customer price, billing frequency, and any trial are shown before you authorize payment. Any sales tax WealthGlider is required to pay is included in the displayed total; no tax, service, or processing fee is added to the customer price. By subscribing, you authorize WealthGlider and its payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account at the stated frequency until you cancel. Only a plan shown as available at checkout can be purchased.
4. Trials, invitations, and automatic renewal
If a free trial is offered, its length, eligibility rules, conversion date, and post-trial price will be disclosed before enrollment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins automatically and renews at the stated frequency. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person, account, household, payment method, or other reasonable anti-abuse measure.
A single-use friend invitation may instead offer one complimentary calendar month on the monthly plan or one complimentary calendar year on the annual plan. You may select only one offered choice, must authorize PayPal with a payment method, and will be charged the disclosed recurring price when the complimentary period ends unless you cancel first. Invitation and ordinary trial eligibility cannot be stacked or transferred.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the cancellation method provided with your subscription or by contacting us at support@wealthglider.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a full refund is issued or applicable law requires otherwise, Premium access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation by itself does not refund a prior charge.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. That policy includes a 7-day initial-purchase window for the monthly plan and a 14-day initial-purchase window for the annual plan, plus a refund window for renewal charges. It also explains billing-error, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-payment, service-failure, and legally required refunds.
7. Access rights and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use WealthGlider subject to these Terms.
- Free access: individual educational use within displayed limits; no scraping, bulk export, API use, or commercial automation.
- Trial access: individual evaluation within the trial window and the same anti-abuse and fair-use controls as Premium.
- Paid Premium access: individual and internal research use of available outputs and APIs, including automated agent retrieval of the shared publication, subject to quotas, fair-use limits, law, and these Terms. Redistribution, client-facing use, or other commercial licensing requires a separate written agreement.
You may not resell access, share credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, falsely present WealthGlider output as personalized advice, or republish our interface, branding, charts, or recommendation database in bulk without written permission.
Dashboard, date, symbol-history, and API requests retrieve existing records from the shared publication and archive. You must not submit portfolio holdings, brokerage credentials, risk tolerance, investment objectives, financial circumstances, or suitability information in an attempt to obtain an individualized recommendation. WealthGlider does not offer bespoke ticker opinions, real-time advisory chat, or individualized signal timing.
8. Model output, data, and service changes
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or supplied by third parties. Models, signals, features, coverage, limits, and APIs may change as the service is maintained and improved. Scores, observed target-hit statistics, and backtests are not promises or personalized probabilities. We do not promise that any signal is accurate, complete, timely, suitable for you, or profitable. You remain responsible for independent research, risk controls, and all financial decisions.
9. Payment providers and third-party services
Payments may be processed by PayPal or another provider. Provider terms and privacy practices also apply to their services. WealthGlider may include third-party or affiliate links; compensation does not control model output, and a link does not mean a product is suitable for your circumstances.
10. Suspension, termination, and discontinuation
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material breach of these Terms. We may discontinue part or all of the service. If we discontinue paid service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, we will refund the prepaid portion that cannot be used, except where the loss of access results from your breach or as otherwise permitted by law.
11. Ownership
WealthGlider and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, models, design, branding, and compiled datasets. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, but it does not give us ownership of your account data.
12. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of investment performance, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular trading strategy. WealthGlider is not responsible for trading losses or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by reliance on research output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid WealthGlider during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability and consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Changes to prices and Terms
We may update these Terms or subscription prices prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be disclosed in advance as required by applicable law, including the new price, effective date, and cancellation method. A price change does not apply to a completed billing period.
14. Governing law and disputes
California law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your residence applies. Before filing a claim, you and WealthGlider agree to send a written description of the dispute and attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, state and federal courts in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a class-action right.
15. General contract terms
These Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Signal Methodology and Risk Disclosure, and any checkout terms form the entire agreement for the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable law. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except that this sentence does not excuse payment, refund, privacy, or other non-waivable obligations.
16. Notices and electronic communications
You agree that service, security, billing, renewal, cancellation, and legal notices may be provided electronically to the email associated with your account or through the service, where permitted by law. Keep your email address current. A notice to WealthGlider must be sent to the contact information below.
