Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible for your information

The controller or business responsible for WealthGlider is iMicroMed, Inc., 1 Minford Cir, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694-0523, United States. Privacy requests may be sent to support@wealthglider.com.

2. Information we collect and its sources

Please do not send brokerage credentials, portfolio holdings, prior trades, risk tolerance, investment objectives, financial circumstances, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information that we have not requested. WealthGlider does not connect to brokerage accounts or use personal information to personalize signals.

3. Why we use information

• Provide the service and perform our contract: authenticate users, display account-appropriate features, answer requested ticker queries, provide API access, process subscriptions, administer trials, invitations and comps, send billing and renewal notices, cancel renewals, and handle refunds.
• Protect the service and our legitimate interests: prevent fraud and repeated-trial abuse, enforce access limits, secure accounts and APIs, diagnose errors, maintain availability, and improve product reliability.
• Comply with law: maintain transaction, tax, accounting, consumer-request, security, and dispute records and respond to lawful requests.
• Communicate with you: provide service, security, billing, policy, and support messages and respond to requests.
• With consent where required: use optional analytics or advertising technologies. These optional technologies and third-party advertising are disabled in the current production version.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the corresponding lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests described above, and consent for optional technologies where required. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests as described below.

4. Essential storage, cookies, analytics, and advertising

WealthGlider uses essential browser storage to restore authentication, protect checkout continuity, prevent duplicate checkout requests, and remember your storage notice. The notice record is configured to expire after one year. Session-only checkout and sign-in records ordinarily end when browser session storage is cleared.

Third-party advertising, Google AdSense, and optional analytics are disabled in the current production version, including for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If we later enable optional technologies, we will update this notice, identify the vendors and purposes, provide required regional controls before they load, and request fresh consent where required.

You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer. Because WealthGlider does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not change the present site behavior. We will honor legally applicable browser opt-out signals before enabling covered advertising or sharing.

5. When we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes above, including to:

• Google and Firebase: Google sign-in, authentication, session management, and related security services.
• Amazon Web Services: hosting, content delivery, APIs, security, operational logging, and service infrastructure.
• PayPal: subscription checkout, payment status, cancellation, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes when billing is enabled.
• TradingView: destination chart pages and affiliate attribution when you choose an affected TradingView chart link.
• Professional and legal recipients: accountants, auditors, insurers, attorneys, regulators, law enforcement, or courts when reasonably necessary or legally required.
• Business transaction recipients: a buyer, investor, lender, or adviser involved in a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal restrictions.

Third-party sites reached through ordinary or affiliate links receive information directly from your browser under their own notices. An affiliate link may include a referral identifier so the third party can attribute a qualifying transaction.

Current TradingView affiliate parameters contain WealthGlider's partner identifier, the WealthGlider source name, and a general placement name. WealthGlider does not add your name, email address, account identifier, portfolio, holdings, financial circumstances, or the signal ticker to those affiliate-tracking parameters. The destination chart URL itself identifies the symbol page you chose to open, and TradingView processes the resulting request under its own privacy notice.

6. California notice at collection

During the preceding 12 months, WealthGlider may have collected the categories described above: identifiers, commercial and transaction information, internet or electronic-network activity, approximate location inferred from IP address, and communications. We use and disclose them for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 3 and 5.

WealthGlider does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a California right to limit. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected. The criteria we use include whether your account or subscription remains active; the time needed to provide requested features or support; security, fraud-prevention, backup, and continuity needs; applicable tax, accounting, payment, limitation, and recordkeeping periods; and active complaints, disputes, legal holds, or investigations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to technical backup cycles and legal requirements.

8. Security

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS in transit, provider-managed authentication, access controls, scoped API credentials, request validation, and security monitoring. No online system is completely secure. Protect your Google account and API keys, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. International processing

WealthGlider is operated from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, we use or require an appropriate mechanism before making the covered transfer, such as an adequacy decision, an applicable data-privacy framework, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard. Contact us to request information about a safeguard applicable to your information.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your information; restriction of or objection to processing; withdrawal of consent; and information about collection, sources, purposes, recipients, sale, or sharing. You may also cancel a subscription under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Send requests to support@wealthglider.com. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the account email involved. We may verify your identity and authority while requesting only information reasonably necessary for verification. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. If we deny an appealable request, you may reply with "Privacy appeal." You may also complain to your local data-protection authority or regulator. We do not charge for ordinary requests, except where law permits a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

11. Children

WealthGlider is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Accounts require users to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as required.

12. Automated processing

WealthGlider models generate a shared, impersonal securities-research publication. Account identity, requested tickers, browsing activity, subscription level, and API activity do not alter a published security's model output for you. The models do not use your personal information to make decisions about your legal rights, credit, employment, insurance, or access to essential services. We do not currently use personal information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this notice to reflect changes in practices or law. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material or law requires it.
